1. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our offerings—including but not limited to downloadable materials, video trainings, course content, and live coaching sessions—all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once access is granted, the value and proprietary nature of our resources cannot be revoked, returned, or undone. By purchasing any of our Services, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy in full.
2. Educational Purpose Only
All content provided through Live Joy Mentoring is for educational and informational purposes only. The Services are intended to offer insight, tools, and support for personal and spiritual growth. They do not replace therapy, medical treatment, or legal advice.
By engaging with our content, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own results, actions, and interpretations.
3. Use of Sources & Credit Disclaimer
The content offered through Live Joy Mentoring is a cumulative body of work developed through personal study, experience, spiritual insight, and education from a variety of sources including books, coaches, mentors, scripture, faith-based leaders, and scientific research.

5. Community Conduct
If you participate in any Live Joy coaching community, group calls, or private platforms, you agree to engage in respectful, kind, and professional communication. We reserve the right to remove any participant from our communities or Services for behavior that is disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful to the collective space, without refund.
Please note:
All group coaching calls are recorded and may be shared within the private community platform for the benefit of members who could not attend live. By participating in these calls, you consent to being recorded and understand that your participation (including your name, voice, and video if enabled) may be visible to other members. If you prefer to remain anonymous, you are welcome to keep your camera and microphone off and participate via chat.
6. Limitation of Liability
Live Joy Mentoring is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of—or inability to use—our Services. This includes, but is not limited to, your personal, emotional, financial, spiritual, or physical outcomes.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk and that results are not guaranteed.
7. Privacy & Data Use
Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell your data. Information collected during your use of our Services (such as name, email, and purchase history) is stored securely and used solely for communication, support, or service improvement.
8. Payment Plans & Access
If you enroll in a course using a payment plan, access to the content is contingent upon continued and timely payment. If a payment is missed or declined, access may be suspended until your account is brought current. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains active for the duration of the agreed plan.
9. Modification of Terms

15. Consent to Recording
All group coaching calls, community sessions, and certain live trainings may be recorded and shared within the Live Joy community platform. By participating in these sessions, you consent to being recorded and understand that your name, voice, likeness, and contributions may be visible or audible to other members. If you prefer not to appear in recordings, you may keep your camera and microphone off and engage through chat.
16. Digital Content License
All digital content, including but not limited to: course materials, videos, workbooks, lesson plans, downloads, and coaching frameworks are the intellectual property of Live Joy Mentoring. When you purchase a course or program, you are granted a
single-user license
for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, teach, publish, sell, or share our materials without express written permission. Violations will be subject to legal action.
17. No Teaching Rights
Purchasing or completing a course from Live Joy Mentoring does
not grant you the right to teach or represent
our material as your own. If you are certified through our program, you may use the tools in your own coaching work, but you may not replicate or repackage our training or brand without explicit licensing and partnership agreements.
18. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or purchasing any product or service from Live Joy Mentoring, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. You also acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental consent.
